Getting Started

Together we agree on a start date and length of Challenge that works best for your business.

We create your Challenge site and provide you access to your administration site to monitor all aspects of the event.

We provide promotional material for you to circulate

Employees form teams of four, build their avatars and select their virtual adventure destinations.

One member of each team is the ‘Manager’ who has access to tools to manage all aspects of their teams involvement in the Challenge

Challenge Running

We provide Pedometers for you to distribute to the teams

Each day participants enter their steps and favourite activities completed into your Challenge site and their team moves around the course they created, experiencing their virtual tourism adventure.

They also track their nutrition and weight loss & we provide support & encouragement

Activity, Nutrition, Weight Loss placing's update in real time

When the Challenge ends all entrants receive a personal certificate and you receive a comprehensive employer challenge report.

System Requirements

The advanced graphical interface of the TWC does require Adobe Flash to be installed in participants web browsers. The good news is it’s already installed in 98% of all PC’s and if it is not, it’s secure and easy for your IT department to install.

We will also request that your IT department add the Challenge domain and email address to your ‘trusted list’.

Encrypted Password Security

Please note we utilise encrypted password security to protect the details of your employees. Whilst we collect no data that would be of value to external parties, many people use the same passwords for a number of sites so we felt it best to protect that information
