Welcome to the next generation in workplace health and wellbeing programs

Find out how the challenge works

What's it all about?

The Team Wellbeing Challenge is a fun and engaging employee wellbeing initiative, that provides a cost effective way to counter the negative effects of an increasingly sedentary workforce. It gets employees active, helps them eat better, lose weight and generally be energised and feeling great.

Unlike most team challenges that take a one size fits all approach, in the TWC each employee customises their challenge view to reflect their main goal for the event, so they receive the benefits of the team support and accountability , yet can focus on the goal most important to them as an individual. Many programs offer the ability to add a logo to their site but the TWC offers so much more to truly engage your people;

  • Your Challenge site fully skinned in your livery and branding
  • Your CEO welcoming your people to the event
  • Your teams leaving your buildings to travelling to the start line
  • All teams finishing at the destination of your choosing

What they say

"The Challenge is the best initative we’ve ever launched for the benefit of our staff. It helped reduce unscheduled absenteeism from 4% to 2.75% saving $625,000 p.a. and providing a program R.O.I of 380%. Not to mention helping us win two national awards for our employee wellness program"Syd Sykes, Health & Safety Manager
Manukau City Council.

"Staff members are commenting to me that this initiative has been more successful than anything they have seen before. People are out walking at lunch time, the carpark is empty in the morning with people cycling and walking to work. The soft drink dispenser has gone and the lunches being eaten are looking very healthy."Anne, HR Manager
